An experience in nature that invites you to connect back to you through community, movement, mindfulness , and moments of solitude. A journaling exercise at the peak to integrate process and somatic.

Working through codependency, relationship patterns. Life alignment. Processing your current life struggles, hearing other people's stories, lectures on various topics.
SIEGE ON SHAME
Led by a shame coach, working through your shame. What is shame? How it impacts your life, decisions, and relationships. Jung and The Afternoon - embracing a second chapter and discarding what you learned in your teens and 20s.
Chef cooked meals
All meals made from scratch by our house chef. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. The combination of nature, community, and home cooked food turns every meal into an experience.
